By downloading, installing, or using Stamps ("the app") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms apply to both the free and the paid (Stamps Pro) versions of the app.
Stamps helps you track trips against multiple visa-stay rules — Schengen 90/180, UK Standard Visitor, US ESTA and B1/B2, Türkiye 90/180, Canada visitor, and Mexico FMM. It is a personal planning tool. It is not legal advice. Immigration rules change, and edge cases exist (bilateral treaties, residence permits, prior-visit carryovers, officer-stamped admissions, and similar) that the app may not model perfectly. You are solely responsible for verifying your own compliance with entry, exit, and stay requirements with the relevant authorities before you travel. We accept no liability for any denial of entry, fine, overstay, or other consequence arising from reliance on the app.
If you sign in with Apple or Google, you are responsible for keeping your authentication provider account secure. You may sign out at any time, and you may permanently delete your account from inside the app (Settings → Delete account). Deleting your account removes your server-side data; it does not cancel any active subscription (see "Cancelling your subscription" below).
Stamps Pro is an optional paid upgrade that unlocks the features listed on the in-app paywall and in the App Store listing.
Your 7-day free trial begins the moment you confirm the offer on the paywall. During the trial you have full access to every Pro feature. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid annual subscription and your Apple ID is charged the then-current annual price. If you cancel in time, you will not be charged and the trial simply ends.
Each Apple ID is eligible for one free trial. If you have used the trial before on the same Apple ID — even for a previous version of the app — the paywall will offer the paid subscription directly instead of a trial.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your Apple ID will be charged the renewal price within 24 hours of the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time from your Apple ID's Subscriptions page.
Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for (or until the end of the free trial).
All purchases are made through Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are not able to issue refunds directly for App Store purchases.
If you are a consumer resident in the EU, UK, or the wider EEA, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason, starting on the day the contract is concluded (the day the subscription is purchased).
Important: by starting your free trial or purchasing a subscription, you expressly request that the service begin immediately within the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal lapses once the service has been fully performed. Because Pro access is delivered as a continuous digital service that begins immediately, the 14-day right applies only to the portion of the service that has not yet been supplied at the time you request withdrawal. In practice, during the 7-day free trial, cancelling the subscription in the App Store — as described above — achieves the same result as exercising the right of withdrawal.
To exercise the right of withdrawal for any portion of a paid period you have not yet used, contact us at atasaygin13@hotmail.com within 14 days of purchase. We will coordinate with Apple to process an appropriate refund.
We may change the price of the subscription in future billing periods. If we do, Apple will notify you before the change takes effect and will give you the opportunity to review and accept the new price. If you do not accept, your subscription will not renew at the new price.
We may issue App Store offer codes (for example for press or partners) that grant a free or discounted period of Pro. Offer codes are redeemed through the App Store and are subject to the terms displayed at redemption. Offer codes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and we can revoke unredeemed codes at any time.

We may suspend or delete accounts that we reasonably believe are engaged in abuse.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, bug-free, or accurate. The visa-day calculations across all supported regimes are implemented in good faith but are not guaranteed. Border officers, consular discretion, bilateral agreements, and rule changes can produce outcomes the app does not model. Always double-check with the relevant authority before you travel.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including lost travel costs, denied entry, or immigration penalties. Our total liability for any claim arising from the app is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) US$20.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including statutory consumer-protection rights.
We may update these terms. The updated version takes effect when posted here, and we will update the date above. For material changes to the subscription terms (including price, auto-renewal, or cancellation policy), we will notify you in-app or by email where we have one on file before the change takes effect. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are established. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country in which you are resident.
